Alex Verner is a filmmaker who thrives on instinct and experience. Whether shooting in the Himalayas, on the floor of a UFC fight, or in the quiet of a studio, he knows how to find the heart of a project and see it through without second-guessing. His work spans from action sports and commercial shoots to intimate, art-driven documentaries — always with the same attention and care.
His films include Christy Brown: Self Portrait (RTÉ), with Saoirse Ronan and Aidan Gillen, and Jack B. Yeats: The Man Who Painted Ireland, narrated by Pierce Brosnan. He’s also a regular director for UFC across Europe and the UK.
